Josh Casteel has been named director of facility relations for Reeves-Sain Extended Care division in Murfreesboro. He is responsible for the division's sales and service, which provides pre-packaged dosages of prescription medication for use in nursing homes, assisted living facilities and other multi-resident facilities. He joined the company in 2001 as a marketing representative in extended care.
