Local Pharmacist Receives Award and Recognition from Retail Pharmacy Management Services, Inc. (RPMS)

Rick Sain, Pharm.D. owner of Reeves Sain Drug Store in Murfreesboro, Tennessee received RPMS 2006 Pharmacist of the Year award in recognition of significant personal advancements in community pharmacy, contributions to the future of independent pharmacy and for demonstrating a positive vision for the future of pharmacy as well as providing and example for others to follow while providing outstanding pharmacy services to his community.
Mr. Sain, Pharm.D. attended pharmacy school at the University of Tennessee and graduated in 1989. Rick has received many other awards including Tennessee Distinguished Young Pharmacist of the Year, Rutherford County Pharmacist of the Year, University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy Preceptor of the Year, and Tennessee's Innovative Pharmacy Award. Rick currently serves as President of the Tennessee Pharmacy Association.
RPMS 2006 Pharmacist of the Year award was presented to Rick Sain, Pharm.D. on October 26, 2006 by Andy Oaks, President of Retail Pharmacy Management Services, Inc. during RPMS 20th annual meeting held in Grapevine, Texas.
